1 Tspn baking powder add kare
2 Tblspn ghee add kare aur achhe se mix kare
Ab aadha cup dudh le aur soft sa dough gundh le
Last me thora sa pani add kare dough k liye
Ab ise 10 min rest k liye rakh de. Ap fridge me b rakh sakte hai.
Then 10 min bad us k chote chote pere banaye aur dhyaan rakhe k koi crack na aye achhe se gol se pere bana kr low flame pr fry kare dhyaan rahe oil zyada na garm ho na hi thanda low flame pr hi garm kr k fry krnaa hai yaha tak k golden brown colour ajaye
Phir use nikal k foran garam sugar syrup me dal de agr sugar syrup thanda ho gya ho to use phir se garm kr le gulab jamun aur sugar syrup dono garam hone chaiye phir use 2 ghante k liye chor de.
